Quick Pallet Maker is a program that calculates the best dimensions for packing and loading arrangements of pallets. You can reduce your shipping costs as the program will help you get the optimum design of a packet that will occupy the least space and fit in with other packets in a container. You need to input the dimensions of the primary package and the shipping pallet, the type of construction of the box and its constraints, and the constraints of the pallet load. These data will be processed by Quick Pallet Maker and it will give you the optimal pallet load. The program has a built-in list of cases and pallets that you can keep using for different packing problems which you may encounter. You can correlate and get the optimum packages to fit into the standard cases or get to fit the maximum packages in cases of particular dimensions. The drawings of the report can be exported to any graphical format which is supported by Quick Time. The textual part can be exported independently to a spread sheet program or a text editor. This program is capable of creating an animated movie of the package under construction and then can be shared with other PCs having Quick Time. |
